Our full wedding or civil partnership planning package includes the following services and will help you to take care of every aspect of your special day. We'll provide professional management and advice and deal with the more tedious and time-consuming tasks, leaving you plenty of time to relax and enjoy the build-up to your wedding.

Price: The cost of full wedding or civil partnership planning and management is based on 10% of your total wedding budget and will be agreed following a consultation with you (subject to our minimum fee of £1800).

Planning

We'll produce a personalised plan and budget for your wedding so you know exactly what needs to be done and when, and give you the peace of mind that everything is taken care of.

Administration

The average wedding or civil partnership takes over 250 hours to plan. We'll handle all the supplier contracts, chase for information, research details and design, make phone calls, ensure payments are made on time and guarantee everything is delivered to your specification.

Venue and supplier sourcing and recommendation

Using our in-depth knowledge of Brighton and Sussex venues and suppliers, we'll ensure that you get the best possible wedding for your budget and requirements. We will provide you with a shortlist of five venues (where available) and present them to you to select the perfect location for your special day. We'll never recommend a venue we haven't visited ourselves and will accompany you on venue visits if you wish. We'll also help you find the perfect flowers, entertainment, photographer and catering using our expert local contacts, all to fit within your budget and to complement your own personal style.

Advice on themes, colours and ideas to make your wedding truly personal and unique.

On the day management

The last thing you or your family want to be thinking about on your wedding day is whether the cake has arrived or the flowers are in the right place. Let us take care of the organisation on the day, making sure everything goes smoothly and successfully while you relax and enjoy yourselves.
